  Do NOT use this company! They charge you for a service contract that says 24/7 365 day service and then do not follow through. They said they would send a tech in 3 hours and that was 15 hours ago. They are rude and make poor excuses for not showing up. I have little children and a 45 degree house and they are still pushing my time back further. The tech called us just before midnight to tell us he wasn't coming and didn't even know how to work on our boiler! If you don't know how to work on my boiler why am I paying you for a contract! Don't pay these sheisters.
